Refund policy

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges 
Due to the nature of our products it is impossible to guarantee that a product has not been tampered with. Therefore, for customer health and safety, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All sales are final. Your order is processed 2-3 business days after you submit it.

Cancelations 

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24hours of submitting the order. Failure to do so will result in the order being prepared and shipped. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the situation and rectify it to the best of our abilities. You may asked to provide photos and any other information we deem relevant at the time.
