Shipping policy
- All orders will be processed in 2-3 business days.
- Total Shipping time is equivalent to LERAMINO Cosmetics Processing time (2-3 business days) plus carrier shipping time.
- We ship orders via Canada post. Shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier shipping costs. Orders will be shipped Monday - Friday only.
- We are not responsible for any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.
NOTE: If there are any unforeseen delays, you will be notified via email. We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to LERAMINO Cosmetics as a result of customer error (i.e incorrect or incomplete shipping address submitted by customer, customer was unavailable for delivery), Customer assumes all costs related to the return shipment. (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates).
No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LERAMINO Cosmetics is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If a package reflects a "Delivered" status on our end, we can assist by confirming delivery was to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to further investigate the lost or stolen package.
Damaged & Incorrect Orders
In the unfortunate event that you receive the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or damaged item please contact us us at customerservice@Leramino.com within 48 hours. We reserve the right to request photos and any information we deem to necessary to resolve the situation.
